Initiating at least 80% of eligible patients on antiretroviral treatment, with 70% alive and on treatment five years after initiation. Reducing new HIV infections by at least 50%, using combination prevention approaches. Reducing self-reported stigma related to HIV and TB by at least 50%. Reducing the number of new TB infections and deaths from TB by 50%. The objectives of this program are: Addressing Social and Structural Drivers of HIV and TB Prevention, Care and Impact.
