To reduce the incidence of TB from 200/100,000 to 160/100,000 by 2024/25. The objectives of this program are: To reduce the number of youth and adult HIV infections by 65% and paediatric HIV infections by 95% by 2025. To reduce HIV related morbidity and mortality and contribute to preventing new HIV infections by 2025. To strengthen social and economic protection to reduce vulnerability to HIV and AIDS and mitigation of its impact on PLHIV, OVC, key populations and other vulnerable groups. To strengthen the multi-sectoral HIV and AIDS service delivery system that ensures sustainable access of efficient and quality services to all targeted populations. To strengthen the national HIV and AIDS strategic information management system for improved effectiveness and efficiency. To create awareness about TB and increase the proportion of people with TB symptoms that seek appropriate care from health facilities from 61% to 90% by 2024/2025. To increase TB preventive treatment coverage among eligible people to >90% by 2024/25. To increase TB treatment coverage from 76% in 2019 to >90% by 2024/25. To increase TSR from 72% in 2019 to >90% by 2024/25. To decrease HIV-associated morbidity and mortality by 70% through achieving and maintaining 90% viral suppression by 2020. To reduce vulnerability to HIV/AIDS and mitigation of its impact on PLHIV and other vulnerable groups. The goal is to reduce the incidence by 5% by 2019/20: from 234/100,000 in 2015/16 to 222.3/100,000 by 2019/20.. The objectives of this program are: To increase equitable access to ART by those in need from 64% (2016) to 81% by 2020. To increase condom use at high risk sex from 50% to 75% by 2020. To increase case notification rate of incident TB cases from 119/100,000 in 2015/16 to 156/100,00 in 2019/20; and to increase treatment success rate among notified incident cases from 74% in 2015/26 to 85% by 2019/20;. To strengthen TB-HIV integrated care for co-infected patients and increase ART coverage among TB/HIV co-infected patients from 88% in 2015/16 to 95% by 2019/20. To increase CDR DR-TB from 17% in 2015/16 to 51% in 2019/20; and raise TSR from 74% in 2015/16 to 80% by 2019/20.
