To reduce the incidence by 25% and mortality by 50% of TB and Leprosy by 2020. The objectives of this program are: Objective 1: Increased adoption of safer sexual practices (reduced risk behaviours), increased healthier behaviours and increased uptake of comprehensive HIV and AIDS services (prevention, treatment, care and support). Objective 2: Increased utilization of condoms during high-risk sex among women and men aged between 15-49 years.. Objective 3: 80% of all eligible PLHIVs are put on and retained on appropriate ART regimen by the year 2017. Objective 4: Increase TB case detection by 30% by 2020 from 2013 levels.. Objective 5: Increase MDR cases detected and enrolled for treatment from 17% of estimated total cases among those notified to 84% by 2020. Objective 6: Expand TB/HIV collaborative to ensure 100% of all TB patients are tested for HIV and 100% of HIV patients are screened for TB by 2017.
