<narrative xml:lang="en">Expanded Comprehensive Response to HIV/AIDS and Reducing the burden of Tuberculosis in the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. - Timor-Leste (01-Jan-2024-31-Dec-2026)</narrative> Timor-Leste, TB/HIV, Ministry of Health of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (MOH)This program has the following goals: Prevent new infections of HIV, hepatitis B and C, and other STIs. Reduce deaths and improve the health of people living with disease. Eliminate HIV, viral hepatitis and other STIs as major public health threats. To achieve a rapid decline in incidence, mortality and morbidity due to TB while moving on path of ending TB to achieve reduction in the incidence of TB (all forms) by 50% by 2025 and 90% by 2035 (from 2015 baseline figure). The objectives of this program are: Scale up prevention, care and treatment for KPs ensuring an enabling environment and trusted access platform for services. Improve HIV care and treatment services for all PLHIV and ensure that by 2026, 90% of estimated PLHIV are aware of their status; 90% of PLHIV are of ART; and 90% of PLHIV on ART have a suppressed viral load.. Detect at least 95% of estimated TB incident cases by 2026. Improve access to WHO recommeded TB rapid diagnostic tests and ensure that at least 75% of TB cases notified are tested by mWRDs by 2026. Ensure successful treatment for at least 92% of the drug senstive TB patients and 95% of RR/MDR-TB enrolled on treatment by 2026
