The objectives of this program are: Ensure expanded coverage of high-risk key populations (PWID, SW, Prisoners) and vulnerable groups (labor migrants, the youth, pregnant women, children) with high quality HIV prevention services. Ensure timely detection of human immunodeficiency virus among key populations and vulnerable groups and refer them to the care system.. HIV treatment, care and support.
