Placer la riposte au Sida, de la tuberculose et des hépatites du Tchad sur la trajectoire de l’élimination de l’épidémie du VIH/HEPATITES/TB à l’horizon 2030, conformément aux stratégies mondiales / Put Chad's AIDS, Tuberculosis and Hepatitis response on the road to eliminating the HIV/HEPATITIS/TB epidemic by 2030, in line with global strategies.. Contribuer à l’amélioration de l’état de santé de la population du Tchad. The objectives of this program are: D'ici 2028, réduire 95% de nouvelles infections à VIH/Hépatites/TB / By 2028, reduce by 95% the number of new HIV/hepatitis/TB infections.. D'ici 2028, éliminer la transmission du VIH/Hépatites/IST et de la Syphilis de la mère à l’enfant / By 2028, eliminate mother-to-child transmission of HIV/Hepatitis/STIs and syphilis.. D'ici 2028, améliorer la prise en charge des coïnfections, les comorbidités / By 2028, improve case management of co-infections and comorbidities.. D'ici 2028, réduire les obstacles aux droits humains pour un environnement favorable à la riposte au Sida et la tuberculose / By 2028, reduce Human Rights Barriers for an Enabling Environment in the Response to AIDS and Tuberculosis.. D'ici 2028, mobiliser les ressources nécessaires et fédérer les énergies pour une réponse équitable, performante, résiliente et centrée sur la personne / Mobilize the necessary resources and federate energies for an equitable, efficient, resilient and person-centered response.. D'ici 2028, réduire la mortalité liée au VIH/Hépatites/IST et la TB / By 2028, reducing mortality from HIV/hepatitis/STIs and TB. Au moins 80 % de la population à risque de paludisme sera protégée par des interventions efficaces de prévention. 100% des cas suspectés de paludisme seront testés et tous les cas confirmés traités conformément aux directives nationales dans les formations sanitaires publiques/ privées et au niveau communautaire. Au moins 80% des épidémies de paludisme dans les districts à risque seront détectées et circonscrites conformément aux directives nationales. Au moins 95% des structures de santé transmettront à temps les données complètes et de qualité sur les principaux indicateurs de la lutte contre le paludisme. Au moins 80% de la population adopteront des comportements favorables à la lutte contre le paludisme. Les capacités institutionnelles du programme seront renforcées afin d’assurer une gestion efficace de la lutte contre le paludisme à tous les niveaux
