<narrative xml:lang="en">Strengthening Prevention and patient-centered Integrated Care in order to end tuberculosis in Chad - Chad (01-Apr-2019-31-Dec-2021)</narrative> Chad, Tuberculosis, Ministry of Public Health (MOH)This program has the following goals: Reduce mortality rate for tuberculosis from 31 deaths per 100,000 inhabitants in 2016 to 23.3 deaths per 100,000 inhabitants in 2022. Reduce the incidence of tuberculosis from 153 NC/100,000 inhabitants in 2016 to 132 NC/100,000 habitants by 2022. Secure universal access for the population to quality, global, integrated and continuous healthcare centred on the person with a view to making an effective contribution to the socio-economic development of the country.. The objectives of this program are: Ensure prevention and integrated, patient-centred care by expanding and decentralising diagnosis and treatment services. Ensure universal health cover by making available suitable resources to treat/prevent tuberculosis and by improving cooperation with communities, state organisations and private and public healthcare partners. Promote research and innovations. Reinforcer the national health information system (gradual implementation of DHIS2) and the monitoring and follow-up/assessment system for activities to inform appropriate decisions to meet the challenges of public health growth in Chad. Maternal, neonatal and infant mortality linked to HIV to be reduced by 50% by 2022
