<narrative xml:lang="en">Accelerating the AIDS response through a resilient and sustainable health system in order to achieve the 90-90-90 targets - Chad (01-Apr-2019-31-Dec-2021)</narrative> Chad, HIV, Ministry of Public Health (MOH)This program has the following goals: HIV: Reduce new HIV infections in the general population, key and vulnerable populations from 4,800 in 2016 to 3,397 in 2022. HIV: Reduce new pediatric HIV infections from 21% in 2016 to 5% by 2022. HIV: Reduce the number of deaths linked to HIV from 2,800 in 2016 to under 1,000 by 2022. HIV: Alleviate the psychological, social, economic and legal situation regarding HIV for PLHIV, OVC and other affected persons during the period 2018-2022. RSSH: Secure universal access for the population to quality, global, integrated and continuous healthcare centred on the person with a view to making an effective contribution to the socio-economic development of the country.. The objectives of this program are: HIV: 90% of adult and youth PLHIV to benefit from quality medical treatment by 2022. HIV: 90% of PLHIV undergoing ART to survive in the HIV care cascade 12 months after start of antiretroviral treatment by 2022. HIV: Vertical transmission of HIV from mother to child to be reduced from 14% to less than 5% by 2022. HIV: At least 95% of key populations and 80% of vulnerable populations to adopt lower-risk behaviour by 2022. HIV: 70% of PLHIV to enjoy human rights and gender and equity balance. HIV: Reinforce capacities of actors in view of better governance and performance of health and community systems. RSSH: Reinforcer the national health information system (gradual implementation of DHIS2) and the monitoring and follow-up/assessment system for activities to inform appropriate decisions to meet the challenges of public health growth in Chad. RSSH: Maternal, neonatal and infant mortality linked to HIV to be reduced by 50% by 2022
