Contribuer à la réduction de la mortalité et de la morbidité dues à la tuberculose d’ici 2025 de 75% de décès par rapport à 2015 et de 50% de l'incidence par rapport à 2015 ainsi que la réduction des coûts catastrophiques auprès des patients souffrant de la tuberculose et familles affectées au Tchad/ Contribute to the reduction of TB mortality and morbidity by 75% of deaths in 2025 compared to 2015 and 50% of incidence compared to 2015, as well as the reduction of catastrophic costs for TB patients and affected families in Chad.. The objectives of this program are: Réduire les nouvelles infections à VIH de 36% d’ici à fin 2025/ Reduce new HIV infections by 36% by the end of 2025. Réduire le taux de transmission de la mere à l'enfant à moins de 10% d'ici 2025/ Reduce the rate of mother-to-child transmission to less than 10% by 2025. Réduire les décés liées au VIH à moins de 9/100000 habitants d'ici a fin 2025/ Reduce HIV-related deaths to less than 9/100,000 by the end of 2025. Réduire la proportion des PVV ayant vecu une experience de stigmatisation et de discrimination a moins de 10% d'ici a fin 2025/ Reduce the proportion of PLHIV who have experienced stigma and discrimination to less than 10% by the end of 2025. Augmenter le nombre de cas de tuberculose (toutes formes confondues) notifiés pour atteindre 21447 en 2025 / Increase the number of TB cases (all forms combined) reported to 21447 by 2025. Traiter avec succès au moins 90% des patients tuberculeux pharmaco sensible d'ici 2025/ Treat successfully at least 90% of drug-sensitive TB patients by 2025. Accroitre la détection de nombre de cas de TBMDR notifiés de 12% (en 2020) pour atteindre 50% des cas attendus d’ici fin 2025/ Increase detection of reported MDR-TB cases by 12% (in 2020) to reach 50% of expected cases by the end of 2025. Traiter avec succès au moins 85 % des cas de tuberculose MR détectés d’ici 2025/ Successfully treat at least 85% of notified MDR-TB cases by 2025. Tester au VIH au moins 90% des malades tuberculeux dépistés (toutes formes confondus) d’ici 2025/ Provide HIV testing to at least 90% of notified TB patients (all forms) by 2025. Mettre sous ARV au moins 95% des patients tuberculeux coinfectés d’ici fin 2025/ Initiate ART to at least 95% of co-infected HIV+TB patients by the end of 2025
