47045-SWZ-H-CANGO-1 The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria <narrative xml:lang="en">Reduction of HIV in Swaziland - Eswatini (01-Oct-2015-30-Sep-2018)</narrative> Eswatini, HIV, Coordinating Assembly of Non Governmental Organisation (CANGO)This program has the following goals: Ensuring adequate health systems to support the attainment of health service targets, especially relating to HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria. Halt the spread of HIV and reverse its impact in Swazi society. The objectives of this program are: HIV - 50% reduction of new HIV infections among adults by 2015. HIV - alleviate the socio-economic impacts of HIV and AIDS among vulnerable groups and across the population in general. HIV - avert 15% deaths amongst PLHIV and in particular those with TB/HIV co-infection. HIV - improve efficiency and effectiveness of the national response.
