South Sudan, HIV, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP South Sudan)This program has the following goals: To reduce new HIV infections by 5% from 16,174 in 2017 to 15,360 in 2020 (Spectrum 2017). To reduce deaths among men, women and children living with HIV by 9% from 13,531 deaths in 2017 to 12,347 in 2020 (Spectrum 2017). The objectives of this program are: Increase percentage of people within key populations reporting use of a condom with their most recent partner from 10% by 2016 to 90% by end of 2021(baseline 10%-2016 MoH report). Increase percentage of adults and children living with HIV currently receiving antiretroviral therapy from current 10% to 24.8% by end of 2020 (baseline 10%-2016 MoH report). Increase percentage of pregnant women living with HIV who received antiretroviral therapy to eliminate vertical HIV transmission from 27% in 2016 to 46% by end of 2020 (2016 Program data baseline 27%.. Increase percentage of people living with HIV in care and treatment who are screened for TB in HIV care or treatment settings from 70% in 2016 to 85% by end of 2020 (baseline 70%-2016 MoH report)
