			<narrative xml:lang="en">Sierra Leone, Multicomponent, World Vision International (WVI)This program has the following goals: Reduction of new HIV infections.  Reduction of AIDs related mortality.  Elimination of HIV related stigma and discrimination.  TB case detection rate is increased by 15% through active case finding, integration of TB in other services, involvement of Private sector, and expansion of use of Gene-Xpert test, and 90% of Drug Susceptible TB cases notified &amp; treated by 2025.  Increase access to laboratory and TB diagnostic services from 50% of the existing Community Health Centers (CHCs) and from 59% of the functional hospitals to 80 % by 2025.  Detect and diagnose 90% of the MDR-TB cases and treat with appropriate therapy by 2025.  By the end of 2025, contribute significantly to the improvement of the well-being of the population by reducing the malaria burden. The objectives of this program are: High Impact Interventions.  Three Zeros: Continued guidance by the sustainable development goals (SDGs) as informed by the global UNAIDS 2016-2021 Strategy aimed at eliminating new infections, stigma and AIDS related deaths.  The 90-90-90 targets: the at least 90-90-90 (or 95-95-95) targets for the testing and knowledge of sero status; linkages to and enrolment to care and treatment and; retention in treatment and care for the Persons Living with HIV.  Differentiated Service Delivery (DSD) and access to effectively reach all the population groups, geographical areas, social strata and navigate the social normative, legal and human rights framework settings and landscape.  Conduct active and intensified TB case finding.  Build the capacity of HCWs to improve quality of TB care and address districts wide disparities in TB treatment success rate (TSR).  Reach TB patients in areas hard to reach areas.  By the end of 2025, reduce malaria mortality rates by at least 75% compared to 2015.  By the end of 2025, reduce malaria case incidence by at least 75% compared to 2015.  By 2025, 90% of the population practice at least 3 recommended malaria prevention and control behaviours.  To strengthen malaria surveillance and use of malaria information to improve decision-making for programme performance.  Ensure timely and adequate supply of quality-assured malaria commodities to public and private health facilities at all levels by 2025.</narrative>
