Zero malaria deaths by 2026. TB incidence reduced by 15% by 2026 from 65 per 100,000 population in 2021. Strengthen the Solomon Islands National TB Program and build resilient systems to improve access to quality TB care by 2026. The objectives of this program are: To maintain high LLIN coverage, increase usage to bring down malaria cases. To maximise access to and utilisation of early laboratory-confirmed diagnosis and appropriate treatment for malaria.. Improve surveillance in low burden settings for targeted elimination interventions. To support the Ministry of Health in evidence based decision making by strengthening TB Surveillance and Reporting. To support the TB program to accelerate progress towards TB Elimination by strengthening Diagnosis and Case Finding. To reduce TB Catastrophic costs by improving access to TB Treatment and Community-based TB Care. To reduce TB Transmission by strengthening Infection prevention control
