Réduire le nombre de décès liés à la tuberculose de 40% à l’horizon de 2023 par rapport à 2015 / Reduce the number of deaths from tuberculosis by 40% by 2023 compared to 2015. Améliorer durablement la santé des populations du Sénégal / Sustainably improve the health of the people of Senegal. The objectives of this program are: Réduire l’incidence du paludisme d’au moins 75% par rapport à 2019 // Reduce malaria incidence by at least 75% compared to 2019. Augmenter le nombre notifié de cas de nouvel épisode de tuberculose à au moins 17 037 en 2023 et maintenir un taux de succès thérapeutique à au moins 90% à partir de 2021 / To increase the reported number of new tuberculosis cases to at least 17,037 in 2023 and to maintain a treatment success rate of at least 90% from 2021 onwards.. Réduire la mortalité liée paludisme d’au moins 75% par rapport à 2019 // Reduce malaria-related mortality by at least 75% compared to 2019. Augmenter de 97 à 194 le nombre de malades mis sous traitement pour une tuberculose multi-résistante ou résistante à la rifampicine et atteindre un taux de succès thérapeutique d'au moins 84 % à l’horizon 2023 / To increase from 97 to 194 the number of patients treated for multi-drug-resistant or rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis and achieve a treatment success rate of at least 84% by 2023.. Interrompre la transmission locale dans au moins 80% des districts éligibles en 2019 // Interrupt local transmission in at least 80% of eligible districts in 2019.. A partir de 2021, assurer le dépistage systématique de l’infection VIH chez 100% des malades tuberculeux notifiés et la mise sous ARV et cotrimoxazole chez 100% des patients co-infectés tuberculose/VIH / From 2021, ensure systematic screening for HIV infection in 100% of notified tuberculosis patients and the initiation of ARV and cotrimoxazole treatment in 100% of tuberculosis/HIV co-infected patients.. Améliorer les capacités techniques et les pratiques de gestion du Programme national de Lutte contre la Tuberculose / To improve the technical capacity and management practices of the National Tuberculosis Control Programme.. Améliorer la collaboration avec le secteur prive , les secteurs ministeriels , les communautés, les organisations de la société civile pour la prévention, le diagnostic et le suivi du traitement de la tuberculose et agir sur les determinants sociaux de la maladie / Improve collaboration with the private sector, ministerial sectors, communities, civil society organizations for the prevention, diagnosis and monitoring of TB treatment and address the social determinants of the disease.. Mettre en place un processus permettant le développement de la recherche opérationnelle en ce qui concerne la prévention, les soins et la lutte contre la tuberculose au Sénégal / Establish a process for the development of operational research on the prevention, care and control of tuberculosis in Senegal.. Atteindre 87% ( 2023) de taux d'achevement de la consultation prénatale / Achieve 87% ( 2023) completion rate of prenatal consultation
