The objectives of this program are: Strengthening of advocacy to remove legal barriers to treatment and to apply scientifically based preventive programs to the national HIV strategy and existing health care and social safety system. Strengthening of community systems to influence service and advocative activities on HIV prevention among vulnerable group.
