The objectives of this program are: To increase the proportion of KPs (MSM, FSWs and PUDs) reached by HIV prevention services by at least 5% at the end of the grant when compared to the 2022 baseline.. To increase the proportion of KPs (MSM, TGs, FSWs & PUDs) tested for HIV by at least 5% at the end of the grant when compared to the 2022 baseline.. To provide social-legal support to KPs (MSM, TGs, FSWs and PUDs) who experience human rights violations and ensure that by the end of the grant 30% of the legal cases have been successfully resolved.. To strengthen community systems and foster partnerships between civil society and state services by investing in them through at least 36 small grants aimed at addressing important strategic priorities that will be implemented and finalized by the end of June 2024.
