Protect and promote human rights, ethics and equity in accessing the basic medical services. Improving service delivery through evidence-based clinical and managerial decisions and sustainable infrastructure. Improving treatment outcomes in the most vulnerable, underserved, at-risk population. Strengthen community responses, systems and commitment for disease control
