(STC HQ)This program has the following goals: To strengthen community capacity to improve access to quality HIV prevention, testing, treatment, care and support services among key populations in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, and Vietnam.. The objectives of this program are: To build evidence and engage in strategic advocacy for the purposes of improved quality of HIV prevention and care services for People Who Inject Drugs (PWID) in 4 countries: Cambodia, Indonesia, Nepal and Vietnam.. To build evidence and engage in strategic advocacy for the purposes of improved quality of HIV prevention and care services for sex workers (SWs) in 5 countries: Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar and Vietnam. To improve understanding of existing community based HIV testing (CBT) services and advocate for community centered models to meet the UNAIDS strategy and the 90-90-90 targets on testing, treatment and viral load suppression.
