The objectives of this program are: Objective 1: To improve the availability of data on the vulnerability of people living with disabilities to HIV infection in each of the target countries. Objective 2: To strengthen the technical and organizational capacities of civil society organizations, thereby enabling them to advocate for the inclusion of people living with disabilities in HIV/AIDS control efforts at the national and regional levels. Objective 3: To strengthen the involvement of disability associations in the design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS control policies and programs at the national and regional levels, so that such policies and programs better reflect the needs of people living with disabilities.
