To reduce overall malaria incidence by 70% of the 2011 level by 2017. The objectives of this program are: Objective 1: To identify and delimit the foci of malaria transmission and eliminate it through well-targeted interventions (Strategic objective 7.1). Objective 2: To provide quality-assured diagnosis and effective treatment (Strategic objective 7.2).
