Mantener en 6.2% la prevalencia de VIH en personas transgenero al año 2020.. Mantener en 3.2% la prevalencia de VIH en trabajadoras sexuales al año 2020.. The objectives of this program are: Fortalecer las capacidades de gobernanza de CONISIDA para dar respuesta a la epidemia del VIH en el marco del respeto a los derechos humanos de las diferentes poblaciones y reducir la dependencia de recursos externos, propiciando el alcance de una respuesta nacional sostenible.. Desarrollar capacidades de promoción y prevención para reducir sustancialmente las nuevas infecciones por VIH mediante un conjunto integral de acciones preventivas con enfoque de género, derechos humanos e interculturalidad a fin de brindar una atención integral oportuna en población clave en territorios priorizados de acuerdo a criterios epidemiológicos.. Garantizar el acceso al diagnóstico oportuno, tratamiento, atención y apoyo, asegurando la retención y calidad de vida de las personas con VIH en una Respuesta Nacional coordinada y articulada en el del marco del Modelo de Salud Familiar y Comunitario.. Robustecer la información estratégica sobre la epidemia y la respuesta nacional a fin de facilitar el intercambio y análisis de información actualizada y oportuna que mejoren la eficacia y efectividad de las intervenciones y promuevan una gestión responsable.
