The objectives of this program are: Fortalecer los servicos de prevencion atencion,seguimiento y acompañamiento de las poblaciones Claves y personas con VIH en territorios priorizados del pais, basados en el modelo de salud Familiar y Comunitario para el logro de las metas 95-95-95. / Strengthen prevention, care, monitoring and support services for key populations and people with HIV in prioritized territories of the country, based on the Family and Community health model to achieve the 95-95-95 goals.. Garantizar servicios de diagnósticos y tratamiento diferenciados y atención de calidad centrados en las personas para mejorar la adherencia al tratamiento de TB y VIH, asegurando la supresión vírica y la curación de TB, en un trabajo coordinado y articulado con las organizaciones y asociaciones debe base comunitaria sin discriminación con equidad de género y derechos humanos evitando la mortalidad temprana y eliminar la transmisión para mejorar calidad de vida y el bienestar de personas con VIH y tuberculosis. /Guarantee differentiated diagnosis and treatment services and quality care centered on people to improve adherence to TB and HIV treatment, ensuring viral suppression and cure of TB, in coordinated and articulated collaboration with community-based organizations and associations. without discrimination with gender equity and human rights, avoiding early mortality and eliminating transmission to improve quality of life and well-being of people living with HIV and tuberculosis.. Fortalecer las intervenciones de prevención combinada, integrando los componentes conductuales, biomédicos, estructurales, psicológicos y el abordaje de la salud sexual y reproductiva según necesidades de las poblaciones en mayor riesgo de infección por el VIH y TB, especialmente las poblaciones clave y vulnerables en un trabajo articulado y coordinado con las organizaciones de base comunitaria para mantener a las poblaciones claves libres de VIH y tuberculosis./ Strengthen combined prevention interventions, integrating behavioral, biomedical, structural, psychological components and addressing sexual and reproductive health according to the needs of populations at highest risk of HIV and TB infection, especially key and vulnerable populations in a articulated and coordinated work with community-based organizations to keep key populations free of HIV and tuberculosis.. Promover cambios en los programas y las políticas para reducir la estigmatización, la discriminación y las desigualdades relacionados con el VIH y la TB y promover la defensa de los derechos de las personas con VIH y de las poblaciones clave y vulnerables con un enfoque multisectorial con la participación de las Instituciones del estado, las Organizaciones sociales y comunitarias y el sector privado. / Promote changes in programs and policies to reduce stigmatization, discrimination and inequalities related to HIV and TB and promote advocacy for the rights of people with HIV and key and vulnerable populations with a multisectoral approach with participation of state institutions, social and community organizations and the private sector.. Promover la generación y la disponibilidad de datos de calidad con interoperabilidad entre las fuentes, centrados en las personas y desglosados.
