<narrative xml:lang="en">To strengthen the health system in Nigeria through targeted interventions that support the federal government to effectively coordinate health investment at all levels for HIV, TB and malaria (ATM) services by 2030 - Nigeria (01-Jan-2024-31-Dec-2026)</narrative> Nigeria, RSSH, National Tuberculosis & Leprosy Control Programme (NTBLCP)This program has the following goals: To strengthen the health system in Nigeria through targeted interventions that support federal government to effectively coordinate health investment at all levels for HIV,TB and Malaria (ATM) services by 2030. The objectives of this program are: Improve coordination of health financing functions at Federal and State level and ensure financial protection for most vulnerable population by contributing to the health insurance scheme.. Advance ATM integrated service delivery in the broader RMNCH platform. Strengthen coordination and managemnt of Warehousing at all levels and improve integrated sample movement. Strengthen Community Led Monitoring (CLM) per state and integrate with ATM diseases.. Quality improvement and service expansion at health facility and community level. Improve the health information management system (including e-reporting). Improve the logistics information management system
