RSSH: Strengthen the National Health Management Informaton System (NHMIS). RSSH: Ensure equitable, safe, appropriate, quality, and effective laboratory services to meet current and future needs. RSSH: Promote community engagement for sustainable health development. RSSH: Ensure equitable, safe, appropriate, quality, and effective medical and laboratory services to meet current and future needs. RSSH: Provide effective leadership and an enabling policy environment that ensures adequate oversight and accountability for the delivery of quality health care for sustainable development of the national health system. The objectives of this program are: RSSH: Strengthen the availability and use of affordable, accessible and quality medicines, vaccines, and other health commodities and technologies at all levels. RSSH: Improve the health status of Nigerians through the provision of timely, appropriate and reliable health information services at all levels, for evidence-based decision-making. RSSH: Provide appropriate, efficient, quality, equitable and cost-effective public health and medical laboratory services at all levels of health care delivery. RSSH: Strengthen community-level coordination mechanisms and capacities for health planning. RSSH: Strengthen the provision of health services at public and private health facilities that are appropriate, accessible and meet minimum quality and safety standard for optimized health outcomes
