<narrative xml:lang="en">Accelerating Case Notification in Lagos State - Nigeria (01-Jan-2019-31-Dec-2020)</narrative> Nigeria, TB/HIV, Lagos State Ministry of Health (LSMOH)This program has the following goals: To ensure universal access to high-quality, patient-centred, prevention, diagnosis and treatment services for TB, TB/HIV and DR-TB by 2020.. To reduce the mortality and morbidity due to HIV/AIDS in Nigeria.. To significantly reduce the incidence of new HIV infections by 2021.. The objectives of this program are: To increase case notification rate of all forms of TB from 55.1/100,000 population in 2017 to 287 per 100,000 population in 2020.. To increase TB treatment success rate from 85% in 2017 to 90% in 2020 among drug susceptible patients.. To enrol 100% of diagnosed DR-TB patients on appropriate treatment by 2020.. To ensure that 90% of PLHIVs in Nigeria know their HIV status by 2021.. To provide ART to at least 90% of PLHIVs that know their HIV status by 2021.. To achieve 90% viral suppression among PLHIVs on ART by 2021.. To ensure that 90% of key and vulnerable population have access to HIV prevention interventions by 2021.. To increase the percentage of all HIV postive pregnant and breastfeeding mothers receiving ART to 95% by 2021.
