47045-NGA-506-G07-H-1 The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Nigeria has one of the largest HIV and AIDS epidemics in the world, with more than 3.5 million people living with HIV. The program supported by this grant has as its primary focus strengthening treatment, care and support for people living with and affected by HIV and AIDS. The program aims to scale up provision of antiretroviral treatment and related services such as counseling and testing, prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV and community care to ensure that a comprehensive package of HIV and AIDS treatment, care and support is available in all parts of the country.
