Strengthen the Health Sector's capacity to respond to emergencies subsequent to natural disasters and conflicts that result in the destruction of health infrastructure and massive mobilization of the population. The objectives of this program are: Improve system readiness for CHW. Improve availabilty of tracer health products for the three diseases - HIV, TB, malaria (as applicable) at facility level. Improve national medical products regulatory system maturity
