<narrative xml:lang="en">Reinforcing the National HIV Response in Mozambique - Mozambique (01-Jan-2018-31-Dec-2020)</narrative> Mozambique, HIV, Fundação para o Desenvolvimento da Comunidade (FDC)This program has the following goals: Reduce new HIV infections 40% by 2020 (from 83,013 in 2016). Reduce HIV-related deaths (including those from TB patients) 40% by 2020 (from 62,059 in 2016). The objectives of this program are: Increase the proportion of PLHIV receiving ART from 54% in 2016 to 79% in 2020. Intensify prevention efforts among the key, vulnerable and general populations through differentiated service packages.. Increase condom use among people who have had more than one sexual partner in the last 12 months from 27% In 2015, to 50% in 2020
