Reduce the mortality from HIV in TB patients (by HTC and provison of early ART to all). Reduce the mortality from TB in HIV infected persons (by ICF and early TB treatment to all with TB). The objectives of this program are: Increase awareness, distribute and promote consistent use of condoms and lubricants. Increase targeted HIV testing for the general population, pregnant women, and key populations.
