Halve new infections in adults and children exposed to HIV by 2017. The objectives of this program are: By 2017, 65% reduction of the rate of mother to child transmission among children born to HIV-infected pregnant women is expected. By 2017, at least 90% of adults and children with HIV survive after 12 months on antiretroviral treatment.
