The objectives of this program are: Les nouvelles infections sont réduites de 60%. Le taux de mortalité des PVVIH suivi est réduit de 70%. Les droits des PVVIH et autres populations vulnérables sont renforcés pour réduire la discrimination. La gouvernance de la riposte nationale est efficace et efficiente pour aller vers l'élimination
