TB : Réduire la mortalité et la morbidité liées au TB de 50% d’ici 2025 (par rapport à l’année 2018)/ Reduce TB mortality and morbidity by 50% by 2025 (compared to 2018). VIH : Réduire l’incidence liée au VIH de 50% d’ici 2025 (par rapport à l’année 2019)/HIV: Reduce HIV-related incidence by 50% by 2025 (compared to 2019). VIH : Réduire la mortalité et la morbidité liées au VIH de 50% d’ici 2025 (par rapport à l’année 2019)/HIV: Reduce HIV-related mortality and morbidity by 50% by 2025 (compared to 2019). VIH/TB : Les principes de droits humains et d’égalité femmes-hommes sont mis en œuvre dans le cadre du plan intégré d'ici 2025/HIV / TB: The principles of human rights and gender equality are implemented in the framework of the integrated plan by 2025. VIH/TB : La gouvernance de la riposte nationale aux VIH, TB et hépatites virales est intégrée, efficiente et performante d’ici 2025/HIV / TB: the governance of the national response to HIV, TB and viral hepatitis is integrated, efficient and effective by 2025. VIH : En 2025, 50% des adolescent(e)s et jeunes âgés de 10 à 24 ans et des populations vulnérables disposent de compétences adaptées pour se protéger du VIH et des IST par une approche différenciée de prévention et de dépistage selon l’âge et le sexe/HIV: In 2025, 50% of adolescents and young people aged 10 to 24 and vulnerable populations have the appropriate skills to protect themselves from HIV and STIs thanks to an approach to prevention and screening differentiated by age and sex. VIH : 95% des adolescent(e)s et les femmes enceintes de 15 à 49 ans connaissent leur statut sérologique pour le VIH et bénéficient du paquet minimum de prévention VIH dès l’entrée en CPN d'ici 2023/HIV: 95% of adolescents and pregnant women aged 15 to 49 know their HIV status and benefit from the minimum HIV prevention package upon entering ANC by 2023. VIH : 95% des populations clés et vulnérables (PS, HSH, UDI et transgenre) utilisent le paquet de services de prévention combinée selon des approches différenciées d'ici 2023./HIV: 95% of key and vulnerable populations SW, MSM, IDU and transgender) use the package of combined prevention services according to a differentiated approach by 2023.. VIH : 95% des PVVIH femmes et hommes connaissant leur statut reçoivent un traitement antirétroviral/HIV: 95% of PLWHIV, both women and men, who know their status receive antiretroviral therapy.
