<narrative xml:lang="en">Contribute to the reduction of tuberculosis-related morbidity and mortality in Madagascar, according to the End TB strategy and Sustainable Development Goals - Madagascar (01-Jan-2021-31-Dec-2023)</narrative> Madagascar, Tuberculosis, Catholic Relief Services - United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (CRS HQ)This program has the following goals: Réduire le taux d'incidence de la tuberculose de 50 % à l’horizon 2025 par rapport à l’année 2018/Reducing the incidence rate of tuberculosis by 50% by 2025 compared to 2018. Réduire le taux de mortalité due à la tuberculose de 75% à l'horizon 2025 par rapport à l'année 2018/Reducing the mortality rate due to tuberculosis by 75% by 2025 compared to 2018. The objectives of this program are: Accroître la couverture de traitement des nouveaux cas et rechutes en passant de 55% en 2018 à 90% en 2024/Increasing treatment coverage for new cases and relapses from 55% in 2018 to 90% in 2024. Traiter 100% des patients TB diagnostiqués et accroître le taux de succès thérapeutique à au moins 90% pour la TB sensible d'ici 2024/Treating 100% of diagnosed TB patients and increasing the therapeutic success rate to at least 90% for susceptible TB by 2024. Traiter 100% des patients TB-RR/MR diagnostiqués et accroître le taux de succès thérapeutique à au moins 75% pour la TB-MR jusqu’en 2024/Treating 100% of diagnosed RR-MDR / MDR patients and increasing the therapeutic success rate to at least 75% for MDR-TB until 2024. Assurer la prévention à au moins 90% des enfants contacts et des PvVIH après exclusion de la TB maladie d’ici 2024/Ensuring prevention for at least 90% of contact children and PLHIV after exclusion of TB disease by 2024. Assurer le dépistage VIH et la prise en charge ARV à 100% des patients TB notifiés à partir de 2021/Ensuring HIV testing and ARV care for 100% of TB patients notified from 2021. Assurer une meilleure gestion du Programme à tous les niveaux (suivi et évaluation, collecte et exploitation des données pour la planification)/Ensuring better management of the Program at all levels (monitoring and evaluation, collection and use of data for planning)
