<narrative xml:lang="en">Progressive geographical elimination of HIV and TB in Madagascar - Madagascar (01-Jan-2024-31-Dec-2026)</narrative> Madagascar, TB/HIV, Population Services International (PSI HQ)This program has the following goals: 70% des positifs connaissent leur statut sérologique et les nouvelles infections sont réduites de 50% et d'ici 2028. Le taux de transmission du VIH de la mère à l'enfant passe de 41% à moins de 10% et la syphilis congénitale est réduite à moins de 1% d'ici 2028. Le nombre de décès dus au sida est réduit de 50%, d’ici à 2028. Réduire le taux d'incidence de la tuberculose de 12 % à l’horizon 2026 par rapport à l’année 2021. Réduire le taux de mortalité due à la tuberculose de 32% à l'horizon 2026 par rapport à l'année 2021. The objectives of this program are: 80 % des PS, 75% HSH et 70% des UDI possèdent les compétences, les connaissances et la capacité de se protéger des IST/VIH/hépatites, d’ici 2028.. 50 % des personnes détenues, des populations vulnérables (survivantes de VBG et VPI, les personnes vivant avec un handicap, et les clients IST/hépatites), des populations passerelles, et des jeunes de 15 à 24 ans, en particulier les jeunes filles, ont accès aux paquets de prévention, d’ici 2028. La demande de service de PTME est augmentée à 95%, et l’offre de service de PTME lors de la CPN est améliorée à 95%, d’ici 2028.. Au moins 95% des PVVIH dépistées reçoivent des ARV dans le cadre d'une prise en charge globale (médicale et psychosociale) de qualité d'ici 2028.. Au moins 95% des enfants vivant avec le VIH dépistés positifs reçoivent des ARV.. Assurer le dépistage VIH et la prise en charge ARV à au moins 95% des patients TB notifiés d'ici 2026. Accroître la couverture de traitement des nouveaux cas et rechutes de la tuberculose en passant de 61% en 2021 à 90% en 2026. Traiter 100% des patients TB diagnostiqués et accroître le taux de succès thérapeutique à au moins 90% pour la TB sensible d'ici 2026. Traiter 100% des patients TB-RR/MR diagnostiqués et accroître le taux de succès thérapeutique à au moins 85% pour la TB-MR jusqu’en 2026
