The program supported by this grant aims to reduce sexual and mother-to-child transmission of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections and the transmission of HIV via needle sharing by scaling up access to voluntary counseling and testing services, and expanding prevention interventions for vulnerable groups. In addition, social and health services for people living with HIV will be expanded and activities will be undertaken to combat stigma and discrimination.
