<narrative xml:lang="en">Helping to fast track the national HIV response and achieve the objectives of the 2016 Political Declaration on HIV and AIDS. - Morocco (01-Jan-2018-31-Dec-2020)</narrative> Morocco, HIV, Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Kingdom of Morocco (MOH)This program has the following goals: By 2021, new infections are reduced by 75 percent. By 2021, HIV-related mortality is reduced by 60 percent. Discrimination against people living with HIV (PLHIV) and vulnerable populations is reduced through respect for human and gender-related rights. Governance is strengthened to ensure an accelerated, sustainable response. The objectives of this program are: 1.1 By 2021, 90 percent of key populations most at risk of HIV infection, and other vulnerable populations, access the package of combination prevention services. 1.3 By 2020, mother-to-child transmission of HIV is eliminated and HIV-positive mothers are in good health. 2.1 By 2021, 90 percent of all PLHIV (adults, children and adolescents) know their HIV status. 2.2 By 2021, 90 percent of PLHIV (adults, adolescents and children) who know their HIV status receive antiretroviral therapy (ART). 2.3 By 2021, 90 percent of PLHIV (adults, adolescents and children) receiving ART have an undetectable viral load at 12 months. 3.1 By 2021, the social and legal environment protects PLHIV and vulnerable populations from discrimination. 3.3 By 2021, 80 percent of PLHIV being monitored receive the package of services specified in the National Psychosocial Support Program (PNAPS). 4.1 Coordination and leadership of the national AIDS response are effective at the national and decentralized levels. 4.4. High-quality strategic information on sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV is produced and used in decision-making
