General terms and conditions which apply to Global Fund grants. 47045-LBR-810-G07-H-2 The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Liberia has a total estimated population of 3.9 million and the last Demographic and Health Survey undertaken (2007) reported an HIV prevalence of 1.5% among the general population aged 15-49 years. The Program supported by this grant has been designed to build on activities in the fight against HIV and AIDS that have been carried out over the last three years and to expand access to HIV testing and to the support, care, and treatment of people living with HIV. The Program will also focus on further increasing the health system's ability to deliver improved services to the population through the strengthening of the overall health system in Liberia.
