<narrative xml:lang="en">Facilitating the operation of a resilient, efficient health system able to deliver sustainable HIV, TB, Malaria services; and transitioning to the elimination of Mother to-Child Transmission of Syphilis and Hepatitis B by 2025 and 2030 respectively. - Cambodia (01-Jan-2021-31-Dec-2023)</narrative> Cambodia, RSSH, Cambodia Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF)This program has the following goals: A resilient, efficient health system able to deliver HIV, TB and Malaria services (preventive and curative) in a sustainable manner. Elimination of Mother to-Child Transmission of Syphilis by 2025. Elimination of Mother to-Child Transmission of Hepatitis B by 2030. The objectives of this program are: Leverage high ANC attencdance to increase HIV, syphilis, HBV, TB and Malaria case detection. Institutionalize Community Health structures (village volunteers. Health Center oversight committees) under local government and promote use of local government resources to support community health priorities. Increase PLHIV adherence to ART regimen, including boith medication and scheduled tests. Increase appropriate treatment of syphilis in pregnancy. Ensure the quality of pharmaceutical products (including, but not limited to HIV, TB and malaria drugs) used in Cambodia in an efficient, sustainable manner
