<narrative xml:lang="en">Sustain HIV responses, move towards elimination of new HIV infections Increase Access to and Improve Quality of TB Services at OD and Community levels, with linkages to TB-HIV in Cambodia - Cambodia (01-Jan-2018-31-Dec-2020)</narrative> Cambodia, TB/HIV, Cambodia Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF)This program has the following goals: To reach 90-90-90 by 2020: - 90% of PLHIV know their status by 2020; - 90% of all people diagnosed with HIV infection will receive ART by 2020; - 90% of all people on ART will have viral suppression by 2020.. To reduce the estimated new HIV infections to fewer than 400 new cases per year by 2025.. To reduce the estimated current HIV/AIDS-related mortality rate from 17.9/100,000 in 2015 to 12/100,000 in 2020.. To reduce the incidence of TB cases by 4% and reduce mortality due to TB at least 5% for each year over the period 2018-2020.. The objectives of this program are: Streamline and optimize prevention interventions for key populations to reach at least 80% all key populations by 2020.. Improve case-finding among key populations and other affected populations ensuring at least 80% have received HIV test and know their result by 2020.. Improve the quality of care for ART clients at facility and community levels: - Reduce the estimated current HIV/AIDS-related mortality rate from 17.9/100,000 in 2015 to 12/100,000 in 2020; - 90% of all people on ART will have viral suppression by 2020.. Improve co-infection management to further reduce morbidity and mortality among PLHIV: - 80% of HIV-positive patients who were screened for TB in HIV care or treatment settings by 2020; - 35% of PLHIV newly enrolled at ART services started on TB prevention therapy by 2020.. To scale up integrated patient – centers care and support and response to priority challenges to TB control (key populations) for the period 2018-2020.. To provide strong leadership of NTP with clear policies and supportive systems including M&E and strong partnership to expand TB control for the period 2018-2020.. To promote the use of new diagnostics, interventions, strategies and to enhance OR and innovations to general evidence for policy formulation and implementation for the period 2018-2020.

<narrative xml:lang="en">Rapidly march towards elimination of new HIV infections and ending AIDS as a public health threat by 2025, Increase Access to and Improve Quality of TB Diagnosis and Treatment at OD and Community levels, with linkages to TB-HIV in Cambodia - Cambodia (01-Jan-2021-31-Dec-2023)</narrative> Cambodia, TB/HIV, Cambodia Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF)This program has the following goals: Ending AIDS as a public health threat in Cambodia by 2025. To reduce TB death by 90% and Incidence by 80% in 2030. The objectives of this program are: Avert new infections to less than 250 by 2025 through tailored and customized prevention interventions. To Find and treat all Tuberculosis cases early using more sensitive screening and diagnostic tools as well as new and more effective treatment regimens, from 2021 to 2023.. Intensify targeted case detection to achieve the 1st 95. To Address the programme specific needs and priorities (Community DOTS/Community TB Care, MDR TB, TB/HIV, TB in prisons, etc, from 2021 to 2023.. Uphold the 2nd 95 to ensure the 3rd 95 through universal coverage of quality HIV-related services along the HIV cascade of care.
