Creating an Effective, Efficient and Fair Health Financing System. Fulfillment of Competent and Fair Health Human Resources. The objectives of this program are: Improving the quality of primary health care service to village and hamlet level through Integrated Primary Care Services (IPCS) in 60 districts. To increase the capacity of local pharmeceutical production and to develop SATUSEHAT logistic platform for facilitating data exchange at upstream level of supply chain distribution information system, including HIV, TB, and Malaria.. Strengthening the national network of laboratory systems to build the clear refrerral and network between the existing public health laboratories in Indonesia, that promote tiered-systems in quality assurance. To contribute to the improvement of HIV, TB, and Malaria program implementation through Operational Research.. To improve the quality of local government budgeting and spending for HIV, TB, and Malaria in order to ensure sustainable financing Program at 332 districts.
