47045-GNB-H-SNLS-1 The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria <narrative xml:lang="en">HIV/AIDS - Guinea-Bissau (01-Oct-2016-31-Dec-2017)</narrative> Guinea-Bissau, HIV, National Secretariat to Fight AIDS of Guinea-Bissau (SNLS)This program has the following goals: By 2020, Guinea-Bissau will have commenced its transition toward a prosperous, united society that guarantees universal access to HIV prevention and AIDS treatment services, respects gender and human rights, and where funding of the national response ens. The objectives of this program are: 70 percent of the key populations (SWs and MSM) will have adopted less risky behavior by 2020. 70 percent of the population aged 15 and above, including vulnerable populations (adolescents, young people aged 15-24, female street sellers, uniformed service personnel, drivers, fishermen and sailors, migrants and refugees), will have adopted less risky behavior by 2020. 80 percent of PLHIV (adults and children) will receive treatment for co-morbidities (TB/HIV, malaria/HIV and hepatitis B or C/HIV) by 2020. ART will be guaranteed for 100 percent of eligible HIV-positive children. ART will be guaranteed for 90 percent of eligible PLHIV (adults and children) by 2020. High-quality PMTCT services during pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding will be provided to 95 percent of HIV-positive pregnant women by 2020. Strategic information will be available and used in the national response at all levels.
