Reduce new infections by 50% from 2013 to 2017. The objectives of this program are: From 2013 to 2017, at least 60% of key populations (MSM and PS) adopt a lower risk facing behavior STI / HIV. From 2013 to 2017, at least 60% of young teens adopt a lower risk facing behavior STI / HIV. From 2013 to 2017, at least 90% of children and adults living with HIV survive 12 months after initiation of ARV treatment.
