Réduire le taux de transmission du VIH de la mère à l'enfant de 13% à 7% d'ici 2027 / Reduce the rate of mother-to-child transmission of HIV from 13% to 7% by 2027. Réduire le nombre des décès liés au VIH de 95% d'ici 2027 / Reduce HIV-related deaths by 95% by 2027. Assurer la protection sociale, le soutien, le respect des droits humains, du genre et de l'équité dans la réponse nationale au VIH / Ensure social protection, support, respect for human rights, gender and equity in the national response to HIV. D’ici 2027, contribuer à une réduction 7% de l’incidence liée à la tuberculose au Gabon c'est-à-dire passer d’une incidence de 509 cas en 2022 à 480 cas pour 100 000 habitants / By 2027, contribute to a 7% reduction in the incidence of tuberculosis in Gabon, i.e. go from an incidence of 509 cases in 2022 to 480 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. D’ici 2027, contribuer à la réduction de la mortalité de 80 décès pour 100 000 habitants en 2022 à 71 décès/100,000 habitants dues à la tuberculose. / By 2027, contribute to the reduction of mortality from 80 deaths per 100,000 inhabitants in 2022 to 71 deaths/100,000 inhabitants due to tuberculosis.. D’ici 2027, réduire d’au moins 65%, l’incidence et la mortalité liées au paludisme par rapport à 2021 / By 2027, reduce at least 65% of malaria incidence and mortality compared to 2021. The objectives of this program are: Reduire les nouvelles infections au VIH de 1900 en 2022 à 816 en 2027 / Reduce new HIV infections from 1900 in 2022 to 816 in 2027. Reduire la mortalité liée au VIH de 1800 décès en 2022 à 800 en 2027 /Reduce HIV-related mortality from 1,800 deaths in 2022 to 800 in 2027. Augmenter la notification des cas de tuberculose nouveaux cas et rechutes de tuberculose de 6575 en 2023 à 10157 en 2027 et avoir un succés thérapeutique pour 86% des cas mis sous traitement / Increase the notification of new cases and relapses of tuberculosis from 6,575 in 2023 to 9,399 in 2027 and have therapeutic success for 86% of cases put under treatment.. Augmenter de 90 cas de TB-RR et ou TB-MR en 2022 à 222 cas en 2027 la notification des patients annuellement mis sous traitement pour une tuberculose multi-résistante ou résistante à la rifampicine et atteindre un taux de succès thérapeutique d'au moins 63% en 2027. / Increase from 90 cases of RR-TB and/or MDR-TB in 2022 to 222 cases in 2027 the notification of patients annually placed on treatment for multi-drug-resistant or rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis and achieve a therapeutic success rate of at least 63% in 2027..
