<narrative xml:lang="en">Reducing tuberculosis mortality by 75% and incidence by 50% in the Union of the Comoros by 2025 - Comoros (01-Oct-2018-31-Dec-2021)</narrative> Comoros, Tuberculosis, Programme National de Lutte contre la Tuberculose et la Lepre (PNLT)This program has the following goals: Réduire de 75% la mortalité et de 50% l'incidence de la tuberculose aux Comores en 2025 par rapport à 2015.. The objectives of this program are: Augmenter la notification du nombre des cas de la tuberculose depistés de 16 cas/100,000 hab. en 2017 à 24 cas/100,000 hab. en 2021, surtout en augmentant le dépistage parmi les populations vulnérables et à risque.. Augmenter le taux de succes therapeutique jusqu'a 90% a partir de 2020 chez les patients de la tuberculose, toutes formes confondues.. Assurer la surveillance, le diagnostic et la PEC de la TB-MR parmi les populations à risque.. Assurer le diagnostic et la prise en charge de la co-infection TB/VIH à une couverture de 100% à partir de 2020 (dépistage du VIH chez les patients TB, mise sous ARV des patients co-infectés).. Assurer le suivi et l'évaluation du programme TB par les supervisions progranmmées et documentées et le rapportage selon les normes et dans les rythmes définis.. Cibler, monitorer et évaluer - d'une façon documentée - les interventions communautaires en appui au Programme Tuberculose.
