<narrative xml:lang="en">HIV/AIDS - Congo (01-Jul-2016-31-Dec-2017)</narrative> Congo, HIV, Direction Exécutive du Conseil National de lutte contre le Sida, les IST et les Epidémies (DE/CNLSE - Congo)This program has the following goals: Reduce HIV and AIDS-related mortality by reducing the rate of new infections in key populations and the general population and reducing mother-to-child transmission of HIV. The objectives of this program are: 100 percent of people with tuberculosis/HIV co-infections receive the package of services (screening and case management). At least 50 percent of adults aged 15-49 years have safer behaviors and sexual practices by the end of 2018. At least 70 percent of adults and 60 percent of children living with HIV receive quality medical care by the end of 2018. At least 70 percent of adults and children living with HIV have access to quality psychological, social, nutritional and legal care by the end of 2018. At least 85 percent of children born to HIV-positive mothers have access to a package of services (prevention, antiretroviral therapy, care, support) to reduce MTCT. At least 85 percent of HIV-positive pregnant women have access to a package of services (prevention, antiretroviral therapy, care, support) to reduce MTCT and ensure survival of mothers. At least 85 percent of key populations who are the most exposed to HIV (SWs, prisoners, MSM) have safer behaviors and sexual practices by the end of 2018. At least 90 percent of contacts of people who have tuberculosis receive a package of services for screening and treatment. At least 90 percent of identified at-risk and vulnerable populations receive a package of services for screening and treatment. Coordinating bodies are operational and provide effective leadership.. The national M&E system is operational and produces reliable data for strategic planning
