Attémuer le fardeau socio-écononomique du VIH sur le développement du pays/Mitigating the social and economic burden of HIV on the country's development. Augmenter le taux de notification des cas de tuberculose à travers la recherche active des cas dans la communauté/ Increase the notification rate of tuberculosis cases through active case finding in the community. The objectives of this program are: Les infections par le VIH sont globalement réduites parmi les populations clés et les populations vulnérables, y compris les adolescents et les jeunes, et plus précisément de 19,70 % en 2016 à 13,64 % d'ici 2023 chez les HSH./ HIV infections are globally reduced among key populations and vulnerable populations, including adolescents and young people, and specifically from 19.70% in 2016 to 13.64% by 2023 among MSM.. Les infections par le VIH sont globalement réduites parmi les populations clés et les populations vulnérables, et plus particulièrement de 24,30 % en 2016 à 15,64 % d'ici 2023 chez les travailleurs du sexe. / HIV infections are globally reduced among key populations and vulnerable populations, and specifically from 24.30% in 2016 to 15.64% by 2023 among sex workers.. Le pourcentage d'hommes qui déclarent avoir utilisé un préservatif lors de leur dernier rapport sexuel anal avec un partenaire occasionnel passe de 76 % en 2016 à 80 % en 2023./ The percentage of men who report using a condom during their last anal intercourse with a casual partner increases from 76% in 2016, to 80% in 2023.. Le pourcentage de travailleurs du sexe qui déclarent avoir utilisé un préservatif avec leur dernier client passe de 91 % en 2016 à 95 % en 2023./ The percentage of sex workers who report having used a condom with their last client increases from 91% in 2016 to 95% in 2023.. Contribuer à ce que 34 286 nouveaux cas et rechutes de tuberculose (toutes formes confondues) soient déclarés d'ici 2023./ Contribute to ensuring that 34,286 new cases and relapses of tuberculosis (all forms) are reported by 2023..
