The objectives of this program are: Contribuer à la réduction des nouvelles infections de 50% d’ici 2020. Contribuer à la réduction de la mortalité due au sida des PVVIH de 75% d’ici 2020. Améliorer la qualité de vie des PVVIH, des OEV et leurs familles à travers la mise en place d’un système efficace de continuum de soins d’ici 2020. Renforcer l’efficience de la gouvernance de la réponse nationale aux IST, VIH, et le sida d’ici 2020
