Réduire de 75% par rapport à 2015 le taux de mortalité par la tuberculose pour 100 000 habitants/Reduce the tuberculosis mortality rate per 100,000 inhabitants by 75% compared to 2015. Réduire les nouvelles infections et la mortalité, et aussi améliorer la qualité de vie des personnes vivant avec le VIH dans le respect des droits humains, du genre et de la dignité humaine/Reduce new infections and mortality, and also improve the quality of life of people living with HIV while respecting human rights, gender and human dignity.. Réduire le taux de mortalité due au paludisme d’au moins 80% en 2028 par rapport à 2015/Reduce the mortality rate due to malaria by at least 80% in 2028 compared to 2015. The objectives of this program are: Augmenter le taux de couverture de traitement TB de 45% en 2021 à 90% en 2028/ Increase the TB treatment coverage rate from 45% in 2021 to 90% in 2028.. Accroitre le taux de succès thérapeutique des nouveaux cas (nouveaux et rechutes) mis sous traitement de 79 % en 2021 à plus de 90% en fin 2028/ Increase the therapeutic success rate of new cases (new and relapses) placed under treatment from 79% in 2021 to more than 90% by the end of 2028.. Réduire la charge du VIH chez tous les patients tuberculeux en testant 95% des patients tuberculeux et en mettant sous traitement ARV et sous cotrimoxazole 100% des patients coinfectés TB/VIH identifiés à fin 2028/ Reduce the HIV burden among all tuberculosis patients by testing 95% of tuberculosis patients and putting 100% of identified TB/HIV co-infected patients on ARV treatment and cotrimoxazole by the end of 2028.. Accroitre le nombre de cas de TBMDR notifiés de 19% en 2021 pour atteindre 50% des cas attendus en 2028 avec un taux de succès thérapeutique passant de 60% en 2021 à 90% à fin 2028 de tous les patients TB-MR diagnostiqués et notifiés/ Increase the number of MDR-TB cases notified by 19% in 2021 to reach 50% of cases expected in 2028 with a therapeutic success rate increasing from 60% in 2021 to 90% at the end of 2028 of all MDR-TB patients diagnosed and notified .. Réduire les nouvelles infections de plus de 50% d'ici 2027/ Reduce new infections by more than 50% by 2027. Eliminer la transmission du VIH de la mère à l'enfant d'ici 2027/ Eliminate mother-to-child transmission of HIV by 2027. Réduire le nombre de décès dus au Sida de 50% d’ici 2027/ Reduce the number of deaths due to AIDS by 50% by 2027. Lever les obstacles et inégalités qui entravent les droits humains, le genre et l'accès aux soins sont d'ici 2027/ Removing obstacles and inequalities that hinder human rights, gender and access to care are by 2027.. Renforcer l’engagement et la participation communautaire afin d’amener au moins 80% de la population à adopter des comportements favorables à la lutte contre le paludisme dans un environnement d’assainissement de milieux et de salubrité d’ici fin 2028/ Strengthen community commitment and participation in order to get at least 80% of the population to adopt behaviors favorable to the fight against malaria in an environment of environmental sanitation and health by the end of 2028;. Protéger au moins 80% de la population à risque avec des interventions efficaces de lutte anti vectorielle d’ici fin 2028/ Protect at least 80% of the population at risk with effective vector control interventions by the end of 2028.
