The objectives of this program are: Objective: To ensure that strategic information for an evidence–based response is in place, and the capacity of MoH and CSOs to monitor the response is well-developed.. Objective: To provide a comprehensive package of HIV prevention services at high coverage targeted to key affected and vulnerable populations.. Objective: To scale up HIV treatment, care and support to 90% of those diagnosed with the virus in order to reduce mortality and morbidity, and leverage the prevention effects of early treatment.. Objective: To scale up HTC among key affected and vulnerable populations by adopting an intensified case-finding approach in order to diagnose at least 60% of those estimated to be living with HIV in Bhutan..
