This program implemented by Mission East aims to improve access to counseling and testing among most-at-risk populations, HIV prevention activities among injecting drug users, sex workers, men who have sex with men, most-at-risk adolescents aged 15-17; peer education among youth (15-24 years old); care and support to adults and children living with and affected by HIV; and institutional capacity building of civil society organizations.
